• New Additions including any concrete work, fences, and sheds..........$10.00

       Garbage Tags

• If you have more than 2 garbage bags for pickup on Mondays, you will need a garbage tag for each additional bag

• Additional garbage tags may be purchased at City Hall or Greenwood's Grocery for $1.00 per tag  

       Automatic Bank Withdrawals

• We offer automatic bank withdrawals for payment of your water, sewer & solid waste account.  Simply fill out the form on the link below and return with your payment.  You will still receive your postcard bill every month from us stating the amount that will be withdrawn out of your account on the 20^th of the month when payment is due.  You will notice that on the postcard it will clearly state BANK CUSTOMERS DO NOT PAY.  If you have further questions please feel free to contact our office at (563) 744-3475.

        Memorial Hall Rent/Rules

• Rent for the Memorial Hall - 1 Floor - $150.00        2 Floors - $250.00

• There will be a $50.00 damage deposit required when picking up the key at City Hall for the scheduled event.  The deposit will be returned to the renters once the key is returned to City Hall and everything at Memorial is in good condition.

• If tables and chairs are taken from either floor, they need to be returned where they were taken.

• All Non-Profit Organizations are allowed 1 free use of the hall per year.  The organization will be responsible for the cleaning fees which must be paid before the event takes place.  Cleaning fees are $60.00 per floor.

• MEMORIAL HALL CALENDAR

       Farley Park Pavillion Rent/Rules

• Rent for the Enclosed Pavilion:

                                   Resident......................................................$75.00

                                   Non-Resident..............................................$100.00

• Rent for the Open Air Pavilion.................................................$20.00

• All renters are required to submit a $50.00 damage deposit when picking the key up at City Hall for use of the pavilion.  The damage deposit will be returned to the renter once the key is returned and everything is in good condition.

• When renting the pavilions, the area must be cleaned up and returned to the state it was found.  If there is a problem, please contact City Hall.

         Curfew

We would like to remide our young people of the curfew for minors.  The law reads as follows:

• Any minor under the age of 18 shall not be upon the streets or sidewalks of the City of Farley between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 a.m. with certain exceptions.

• Those exceptions are too lengthy to list.  The ordinance may be read in its entirety at City Hall between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
