Farley City Council met in special session Wednesday, July 18, 2007, 5:30PM at City Hall. Purpose of the meeting was to discuss a Wastewater Agreement for Western Dubuque Biodiesel, LLC.  Mayor Einwalter presiding.  Present Scherrman, Jarding, Hefel, Kramer.  Absent Petsche. 

Steve Thompson and Jason Miller of MSA Professional Services, Tom Brooks, General Manager of Western Dubuque Biodiesel, and Doug Judge of Renewable Energy Group (REG) were present to discuss the Wastewater Agreement.

Motion Jarding, second Kramer for Mayor Einwalter to sign Form 31 allowing Western Dubuque Biodiesel to begin disposing of their wastewater starting Monday, July 23, 2007.  Four ayes.

Thompson recommended revisiting the Wastewater Agreement with Western Dubuque Biodiesel for the next 30, 60 and 90 days to get results of what Western Dubuque Biodiesel is testing for Total Dissolved Solid (TDS) levels. 

Motion Kramer, second Scherrman approving revisiting Wastewater Agreement with Western Dubuque Biodiesel for the next 30, 60 and 90 days regarding TDS levels at council meetings on the following dates:  August 20, 2007, September 17, 2007, and October 15, 2007.  Four Ayes.
