The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Farley met at 5:00PM, Tuesday, November 6, 2007 at City Hall.  Chairman Neuhaus called the meeting to order with roll call.  Neuhaus, Kluesner, Simon, Streif, Heiberger present.  Black and Petsche absent.

Neuhaus asked for comments regarding the Amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan for Dubuque County/Farley Biodiesel Urban Renewal Area.  Discussion followed.

Motion Simon to recommend approval to the council of the Urban Renewal Plan Amendment for the Dubuque County/Farley Biodiesel Urban Renewal Area. Second by Kluesner.  All ayes.

Meeting adjourned upon motion Streif, second Heiberger at 5:15PM.
