Heritage Trail


Midwest’s most scenic all-season trail, provides year-round activity for walkers, bikers, snowmobilers, and cross-country skiers.  Follow the 26 mile route of a once bustling railroad into a 450’ valley past old mining and mill towns.

Farley Park

Exit at the highway overpass for food. Farley City Park offers a variety of activities as well as restrooms and water. The park has 3 ball fields,  1 tennis court, 1 volleyball court, 2 horseshoe pits, 2 large pavilions for parties and events, and several smaller pavilions for those days in the park with your family.  Farley Park has one of the finest of playground equipment in the surrounding area. Also, there is lots of open grass to set up to play badminton, Frisbee, or anything else you might enjoy.  From Y13 turn left on 7th Street to 4th Street then right two blocks to 5th Avenue. Turn left to park.
