RESOLUTION NO.      02-08   

RESOLUTION APPROVING BUDGET

WHEREAS, under the terms of the Iowa Code, the city is required to

            prepare and submit an annual budget for a public hearing, and

WHEREAS, the city clerk has prepared a budget which has been

            reviewed by the city council.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Farley that the budget for fiscal year   ending June 30, 2009 is hereby approved.
