RESOLUTION NO.    3-08   

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLAT OF SURVEY OF LOT 1A OF BLOCK 35, PART OF THE VACATED ALLEY IN BLOCK 35 OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF FARLEY, DUBUQUE COUNTY, IOWA

WHEREAS, there has been filed with the city clerk a Plat of Survey of Lot 1A of Block          35, Part of the Vacated Alley in Block 35 of the Original Town of Farley, Dubuque       County, Iowa, and

WHEREAS, said plat is a minor subdivision and does not require Planning & Zoning

            Commission approval, and

 WHEREAS, said plat has been examined by the City Council and they find

            that it conforms to the statutes and ordinances relating thereto;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Farley, Iowa:

            Section 1.       That the Plat of Survey of Lot 1A of Block 35, Part of the Vacated Alley in Block 35 of the Original Town of Farley, Dubuque County, Iowa is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to endorse the approval of the City of Farley, Iowa upon said plat.
